Hello! My name is Abigail Place and I’d love to be your photographer or filmmaker!

I was born and raised in Upstate New York, but moved to NYC* to pursue my dream of being a freelance filmmaker. While attending Pratt Institute, I’ve directed and shot three short films of my own, one of which achieving finalist in the New York International Film Awards (check it out on my youtube!). Now, I’m entering into the photography world in the hopes of memorializing important moments in other’s lives. Photographing the beauty of the world has always been very important to me, and whatever your occasion may be, I’d love to capture the moment!
